Mu Chi Chapter, Chi Eta Phi Sorority Annual Scholarship
Applications are now being accepted for the Mu Chi Chapter or Chi Eta Phi, Nursing Scholarship. Applications are due to the Scholarship Chair by April 15, 2026.
The following criteria MUST be met by ALL Applicants
- Current enrollment in an accredited nursing program.
- Current official transcripts (last semester attended)
- Recent tuition/fee information from respective College/University
school of nursing.
- Letter of reference from instructor and/or an administrator.
- Letter from applicant (autobiographical).
- Please include 3×5 headshot photo.
All of the above criteria MUST be received by mail, on or before the deadline date. Emailed application is NOT accepted. Partially completed applications will be rejected.
