Applications are due to the Scholarship Chair by April 15, 2026.\nThe following criteria MUST be met by ALL Applicants\n\nCurrent enrollment in an accredited nursing program.\nCurrent official transcripts (last semester attended)\nRecent tuition/fee information from respective College/University\n\nschool of nursing.\n\nLetter of reference from instructor and/or an administrator.\nLetter from applicant (autobiographical).\nPlease include 3×5 headshot photo.\n\nAll of the above criteria MUST be received by mail, on or before the deadline date. Emailed application is NOT accepted.
